PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching sessions are one-on-one conversations designed to support you—your goals, your challenges, and your personal growth. These sessions are fully tailored to your unique journey, offering a confidential space to explore what matters most, shift unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In each session, we’ll explore what matters most to you—your goals, habits, mindset, and deeper motivations. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I hear, and help you uncover insights and practical strategies. You’ll leave each session with clarity, direction, and small, doable steps to take between meetings.
All private sessions are done by telephone. Your Intake Session is typically 75 minutes and includes a full Health and Well-being Assessment and review, creation of your Wellness Vision, and beginning design of your Ways of Health plan. All other coaching sessions are typically 30 minutes and take place weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, though some choose longer support as they continue to grow and evolve.
Private coaching is ideal if you’re ready for focused, personalized support and want to move at your own pace, with guidance that meets you exactly where you are.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching is a supportive, interactive experience where you'll grow alongside others who share a desire for meaningful change. It blends the power of personal insight with the connection and accountability of a small, like-minded community.
Most group coaching sessions are done via Zoom, though some programs through the year are offered in person depending on the site. Sessions are typically 60 to 75 minutes long and meet weekly or biweekly, depending on the program. Each session includes a tutorial or education, guided reflection, coaching prompts, group discussion, and practical tools you can apply right away. You'll have the chance to share (if you choose), learn from others, and receive encouragement as you navigate your own path.
While each group has its own topic of focus, you can expect a safe space for honest conversation, deeper self-awareness, and forward movement—without pressure or judgment.
