Hi, I’m Rachelle Mathios!

My husband and I were “doing everything right” by modern standards, and I was losing weight—but his chronic health issues told a different story. When we went plant-based, his health radically improved. That’s when I realized the truth: real health isn’t found in more medication, it’s found in lifestyle change.

I became a certified medical assistant, worked in primary care, and saw firsthand how our healthcare system treats symptoms, not people. I knew there had to be a better way—and that if I wanted to help people truly thrive, I had to take a different path.

Then in 2020, I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and now I am able to help clients create sustainable, life-giving rhythms that support long-term well-being.

I believe health is about more than checklists and willpower. It’s about alignment—with your body, your values, and your purpose.

This work is more than a job to me. It’s a calling. A privilege. A holy kind of work. And I’m here to walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, and a whole lot of truth-telling love.
